Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in this class, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Participation & Attendance

✅ I will attend classes regularly and be on time.
✅ If I miss a class, I understand there will be no makeup session, refund or rescheduling.

 

2. Speaking & Engagement

✅ I will actively participate and speak English as much as possible.
✅ I will listen respectfully to others and contribute positively to discussions.

3. Respect & Behavior

✅ I will create a supportive and friendly learning environment.
✅ I will not use offensive language or disrupt the class.

4. Learning Commitment

✅ I understand that improvement requires consistent effort, and I will apply what I learn outside of class.
✅ I understand that this English class focuses on speaking skills and improving speaking in everyday situations.
✅ I understand that this is a non-accredited class and does not provide official certification.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

✅ I understand that to confirm my spot, I must pay the allocated amount to the class bank account.
✅ This payment covers 4 classes (one per week), each lasting two hours.
✅ I acknowledge that class fees are non-refundable. However, Full refunds will be issued if the class is canceled due to insufficient student numbers or unforeseen circumstances. Refund requests for personal reasons must be made at least 72 hours before the class start date. No refunds will be provided after this period.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

✅ I will respect the privacy of my classmates and not share their personal information.

7. Photography Consent
✅ By enrolling in S.I.A English classes, you agree that photos may be taken during lessons for promotional and educational purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify S.I.A English in writing before your class begins.

8. Agreement & Age Confirmation

✅ I confirm that I am 18 years or older.
✅ By enrolling in this course, I acknowledge and agree to the terms above.
